This treatment includes a consultation & examination, foot exfoliation & cleanse before transferring you to the couch where you can lie back & relax while the nails are cut & filed, thorough cuticle work, callus removal, hard & dry skin removal, treatment product applied & foot massage. Nail ridges are smoothed out, any hair from the toes removed if required before finishing with cuticle oil.

Concentrated on the back, neck and shoulder area, specially selected oils are used to release tension and help soothe tight, sore muscles. This massage applies pressure to muscles, in order to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from stressed areas. Pressure can range from light to medium/firm pressure.

A full body massage using Swedish techniques to relax & remove tension from aching muscles. Pressure is tailored to the client & we can focus on any areas of priority. Using a range of strokes from light to firm & especially selected aromatherapy oils.

If you're looking for a deep pressure massage on the back only this is the treatment for you. Firm pressure & slow strokes reach deep layers of muscle & tissue to relieve aches & pains. Using a specially selected oil to ease aching muscles.

Lava shell massage is a deeply comforting & relaxing body massage which uses heat to penetrate deep into the muscles. If you've had a hot stone it's similar in feeling but the benefit is that unlike hot stones which quickly cool & have to be swapped multiple times during the treatment the lava shells stay warm for the duration of the treatment. The smooth shells deliver heat to tired & aching muscles for the ultimate in relaxation.

Using essential oils to promote relaxation & well being an aromatherapy massage is a lighter pressure, full body massage focusing on reducing stress, promoting relaxation & well being. Pressure points are used to get the essential oils into the central nervous system & the blood stream to start working immediately. The treatment ends with a scalp massage making this a top to toe relaxing treatment.

A traditional Indian Head massage which can either be done in a chair or on the couch, whichever you prefer. This treatment includes neck & shoulders, facial pressure points & both stimulating & relaxing scalp massage. 

All clients are required to have an up to date patch test prior to any tinting treatments. 

Shaping of the brows which can be tweezed or waxed. 

Working on the natural nail using long lasting gel polish, this treatment includes a dry manicure to push back & tidy cuticles, nail file, application of gel polish, top coat & cuticle oil. 

For those clients who need additional strength a builder gel is applied. Includes all elements of the gel manicure with colour applied if required. 

Repairs within 48 hours of application are carried out free of charge subject to availability.

LED light therapy is  clinically proven to address a number of skin issues including ageing, pigmentation, acne, redness, sensitive skin . This treatment includes a cleanse, 30 minutes under the light & application of finishing products. 

 This treatment can be added onto any facial for £15 for a 15 minute session.
